Let me explain the one-of-a-kind Liquid Massage in simple terms: this is a full body massage that incorporates elements of Remedial, Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish & Hawaiian Massages. As your therapist, I have a relatively short amount of time, (70 or 90 minutes), to iron out the optimum amount of knots and tension to alleviate as much pain & stiffness as is possible … after over 21 years experience I have discovered The Most Efficient Techniques & use a ‘best of’ approach; (best of back massage techniques, best of the arm massage techniques etc). The Liquid Massage is a streamlined culmination of the best of my experience. Liquid Massage only uses Organic coconut oil. Mobile Massage is available on request within a 20km radius from Glebe, Sydney.

The Types of Massage

The Remedial Massage is the systematic assessment & treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments & connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain & injury management. It is a Very Thorough and precise all-over-body Massage.

The Deep Tissue Massage is also a full body massage that uses more pressure & is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscles & fascia. An experienced & may I say, exceptional therapist innately knows Exactly how much pressure to apply to each individual client.

The Sports Massage is inclusive of a Recovery Massage after an event, where the focus is on Flushing and working through the muscles to improve on recovery times. Intense and deep techniques are used.

The Swedish Massage is the most common and basic style of massage & uses long strokes in the direction of the blood returning to the heart to improve the immune system, increase flexibility,increase blood flow and reduce stress.

Hawaiian Massage is best known for long, flowing, dance-like strokes, where a rhythmic but less intense pressure is used to improve circulation & relax muscles. Often, more oil is used than in other styles of massage.

What to Expect

Imagine being warmly welcomed into a private, secure, spotless, candle lit and scented massage room. After de-robing and lying upon soft towels on the massage table, de-stress, recuperate and re-energise as Wade uses only the most efficient techniques to knead pummel and drain pain and fatigue away.
